Purchase with or without registration?

Purchasing with registration has the following benefits, but we also accept orders without it.
- continuous tracking of order status
- in the case of a received order, customer loyalty points are credited, which can be redeemed for a subsequent order. More info
- a maximum of 4-5 times per month by e-mail notification about our news, promotions, discount coupon codes

I sent an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation!

Our system automatically sends a notification about the receipt of the order. If you do not receive the notification within a few minutes, please check the Spam folder of your mail system. If you can't find it there, you've accidentally mistyped your email address. In this case, report the problem to our customer service and we will fix it. The correct e-mail address is important, because the courier service will also send its notification about the status of the shipment here.

Is it possible to shop in person without ordering online, or do you only operate as an online store?

Our showroom and warehouse can be found at the address below, where thousands of products are immediately available. We can only serve orders placed in advance while the current stock lasts. The prices indicated on the website are only valid for online orders, so we recommend that you place your order in our online store for a faster and more convenient purchase, which will be prepared and waiting for you after our confirmation.

How do I know when I can receive my order?

After our colleagues have prepared the product(s), we will send another notification that your order can be picked up.

I would like to change or cancel my order, where can I indicate this?

Please indicate your intention to modify or delete the contact form by clicking the button below. Orders placed during working hours can be canceled within a maximum of 1 hour after receipt, after which they will be processed.

How many days will it take for my package to arrive?

The delivery time of the products in stock in our Budapest warehouse is a maximum of 2 working days from the order. The delivery time of products ordered from the warehouse in Sofia is a maximum of 5-8 working days.

What does cash on delivery mean?

You can pay the price of the order to the courier of your chosen logistics partner upon delivery of the shipment. In Hungary, it is still a popular payment method for online orders, although it is gradually losing popularity compared to previous years, thanks to the spread of fast, convenient and secure electronic payment methods.

Why does the cash on delivery method incur additional costs?

The logistics partner receives the consideration for the order and charges a handling fee in order to transfer the amount to our company's account. Therefore, this payment method is more expensive than bank transfer or online bank card payment, when the total amount is received directly by our company.

The delivery person couldn't find me at home, what will happen to my package?

In the event of a single unsuccessful delivery, the courier service will try to deliver the package again free of charge at a pre-arranged time.

My parcel at the courier was damaged, what should I do?

Please check the package upon receipt, if you see any signs of external damage on the packaging or the box, ask the courier to take a report. If no record of the damage has been made, a report must be made to the logistics service provider within 3 working days at the latest after receipt. By using a three-layer cardboard box, air-cushion film and space-filling materials, we naturally do everything to ensure that our shipments arrive safely.

As a corporate customer, I requested my package at Postapont, what documents do I need to receive the package?

A contact person - who will receive the package - can be specified for the Postopontos delivery method.

I received a product with a factory defect, will it be replaced?

Please try the product(s) as soon as possible after receipt. If you received a factory-defective product, we will exchange it free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Our colleagues can ask for a picture or maybe a video of the presentation of the problem, so that we can make sure that the error does not stem from improper use.

How many years do you guarantee the products and how long does it last?

We guarantee all our products based on current legislation. Mechanically damaged - dropped, broken - products and damages resulting from improper use are not covered by the warranty.

In case of cancellation, to which address should the product be returned?

We welcome the return of the product, including all accessories, in the same condition as when it was received, to the following address:

Please note that in the event of cancellation, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, therefore we are unable to accept shipments sent with cash on delivery or the recipient pays option.  

I returned the product, when will I receive the purchase price?

Within a maximum of 14 days after notification of withdrawal from the purchase, after receipt of the product(s).
