I received a factory defective product, will it be replaced?
Please try the product (s) as soon as possible after receipt. If you receive a defective product at the factory, we will replace it with our package replacement service free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Our colleagues may request a photo or video of the problem to make sure that the error is not the result of improper use.
How many years are the products under warranty and how long?
All of our products are warranted in accordance with applicable law in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Products that have been mechanically damaged - dropped, broken - and damaged as a result of improper use are not covered by the warranty.
In case of cancellation, to which address should I return the product?
The product, including all accessories, is returned in the same condition as received, to the following address: V-TAC IMPEX Kft. 1151, Budapest, Mélyfúró utca 3 / A, Hall B, MB3 gate. Please note that in case of cancellation, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, so we will not be able to accept a shipment sent by cash on delivery or with the payee option.
Did I return the product when I receive the purchase price?
Up to 14 days after receipt of the product (s) upon notification of withdrawal.
